Return & Exchange and its niche sites stand behind our products and service and want every customer to be 100% satisfied with his/her shopping experience. If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange or return it for credit within 30 days from the date of shipment (see details below). If you are an international customer, please read the international return guidelines.If you receive a product in error or there is a problem with the order, please contact our Customer Service Team at immediately.

Return Your Item
To return or exchange an item, please follow these simple steps:
    Obtain a return authorization (RA) number by email us at
    Obtain return shipping address information at the Customer Service number/email above. Sometimes, we may need you     to ship the product straight back to manufacturer.
    Repackage the product in its original packaging with the packing slip. If you still have the original shipping        box – use it. (A fee will be charged if shipping labels are placed directly onto the product's packaging.)
    After obtaining RA, you must ship the return back to us within 30 days of the date your order shipped to you.

For your security, please return your safely wrapped product with an insured courier (ie, FedEx, UPS, USPS) insured for the full value and retain your receipt. All charges related to the return of products to are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping charges incurred to return the product will not be refunded back to you.

US Return Guidelines

If your order value is less than $1000, you may return or exchange the product in its original packaging within 30 days from your date of shipment for a full refund (minus shipping fees) without any restocking fees. Orders over $1000 will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.


In order to qualify for a full refund (minus shipping costs), items should be in their original packaging, unused and unopened. If the item no longer looks NEW and you would not personally purchase the product at full price in the condition you are trying to return it in (due to your opening or handling of the product) then it may not qualify for a full refund. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to charge a minimum 15% restocking fee if we determine that one of the following may have occurred:

  •     Item looks as if it has been removed from its original packaging
  •     Item has been scratched
  •     Item has visible fingerprints on it
  •     Item looks like it has been used
  •     Item returned without Return Authorization (see Return Your Item in Help Center)

For orders over $1000 the following guidelines apply:
    A 10% restocking fee will be applied. In addition to the deduction of our original cost of shipping the item to you.
    If we ship you the wrong item, we will exchange it for the correct one.
    If the item has a manufacturing defect, we will exchange, repair, or take appropriate action at no cost to the customer. However, if the item is being returned and not exchanged, the 10% restocking fee will be applied. Shipping and handling charges cannot be refunded, so if you are purchasing a product that has "Free Shipping", our actual freight cost will be deducted from your final refund. Shipping charges incurred to return the product, as well as shipping charges from the original shipment will not be refunded back to you. If you received a free gift with purchase and choose to return the item you purchased, you must return the free gift in new condition as well. If the gift is not returned we will deduct the price of the item (can be found on our website) from the refund being issued. If the item is returned but not in new condition, a restocking fee of our discretion will be applied. If you return the item without a Return Authorization and it is after 30 days, you will be contacted to make arrangements for your item to be returned to you at your expense.

Shipping Errors and Returns

If we ship you an incorrect item, notify us immediately and we will correct the error to the best of our ability at our expense.
If you ordered and received an item different from what you "thought" you were ordering, all the procedures listed here apply. and its niche sites are NOT responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. We are unable to issue product replacement or compensation until the insurance claim has been settled by the carrier. and its niche sites DO NOT accept returns on the following:

  •     Items that have been incorporated with other products
  •     Items that have been assembled/disassembled
  •     Items returned in non-resalable condition
  •     Special order items
  •     Items given as a gift (we will consider exchanges on a case by case basis)

International Return Guidelines

As a general rule, we do not accept returns from international customers for credit (refund), but we will consider exchanges and substitutions on a case by case basis. In the case of a manufacturer's defect and warranty items, will assist in the exchange/repair but the customer is responsible for the cost of the shipping both to us for repair/exchange and to ship it back to the customer.
